With the spread of GX and sustainability management, a paradigm shift from excessive capitalism is taking place, and the axes of judgement and ways of thinking required in business planning and R&D are also changing.
And while more and more companies are setting up Purpose, many business departments are struggling to balance social value and economic value in their practices, and many planning strategy and R&D departments are feeling the limitations of logical thinking and design thinking.
