Tokyo Wildlife Exhibition in Digital Form

Ecole Goshi, an environmental learning exchange facility in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, will hold a hands-on exhibition, “Tokyo Nature’s Creatures in Digital Format,” from April 12 (Sat) to May 11 (Sun), 2025, to help visitors learn about the diversity of nature in Tokyo and the hidden world of creatures that are usually close to our daily lives.

This exhibition will introduce the natural fields of Tokyo with 8K video images, and participants will be able to use a small monitor to zoom in on their favorite areas to discover and observe living creatures, and enjoy underwater images of the Tama River from upstream to downstream. The “Tokyo Nature Scope” allows visitors to discover and observe living things. After enjoying the exhibits, we encourage you to visit the actual field next time you are in the area.

The Shinagawa Ward Environmental Learning Exchange Facility “Ecole Togoshi” is located in Togoshi Park, which is rich in nature. It is a facility where visitors can enjoy learning about the environment through hands-on exhibits and events, such as powerful video exhibits that use the entire space, including the floor and walls, and the “Touikake no Jikan” permanent exhibit that considers the environment from a familiar perspective under the theme of “time. The Korugoshi building is the first public building in Tokyo to receive Nearly ZEB (Nearly ZEB) certification, making it an environmentally friendly facility. It is widely used by multiple generations as a place for relaxation and interaction in the community, including an open lounge that can be used from early morning until late at night, a kids’ space, and rental rooms.
